  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Error codes
  • Battery/charging information
  • Remote troubleshooting

The vehicle or affected component may also need to be physically inspected.

Transport & service

Warranty service arrangements depend on the vehicle location and nature of the fault. Riviera Luxury Golf Carts will determine an appropriate repair solution following diagnosis. Transport, collection, delivery or on-site attendance outside the scope required by applicable mandatory consumer law may be chargeable and will be agreed in advance.

Replacement components

Replacement components may be new or equivalent components of comparable specification where appropriate.

Minor cosmetic differences may occur where an original component has been superseded by the manufacturer.

Modifications

A modification does not automatically void the entire vehicle warranty. However, warranty coverage may be denied where a modification caused or contributed to the failure being claimed.

Warranty transfer

The remaining commercial warranty is transferable to a subsequent private owner provided:

  • The original purchase can be verified
  • The vehicle serial number can be verified
  • The original warranty period has not expired

Private property use

Riviera Luxury Golf Carts vehicles are sold for use on private estates, private roads and other permitted private property.

Vehicles are not supplied homologated or registered for use on public roads.

Public-road homologation and registration are not included in the purchase price.

Vehicle use remains subject to applicable laws, property rules and insurance requirements.

Statutory consumer rights

The Riviera Luxury Golf Carts commercial warranty operates in addition to mandatory consumer protections that may apply under French or European law. Nothing in this commercial warranty is intended to exclude, limit or replace rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
